Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It - Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, short distance running, interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down. Your first 2 classes are always free with no commitment to sign up. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings at 6:15 pm.

What is a Bootcamp? Good question
This is a fun, challenging, small-group personal training class that takes place twice a week. Believe me, this isn’t your mother’s 1980’s step aerobics class. This is a high intensity workout that will challenge your entire body, blasting away body fat and building lean muscle in the process.
Burning Fat, Building Muscle
This high energy class will have participants of all ability levels performing different exercise stations, challenging all of the major muscle groups of your upper and lower body, while giving your heart and lungs a workout like they have never had.
And, it will all happen in less than an hour!
